so im planning on doing a short comic about horwell and owlan pre-instructor days and this is concepts for their casual clothes. ‘-’ owlan is based on ky’s design and i made horwells, that explains why it sucks IS THIS BAD YES ITS BAD SO BAD AT CHARACTER AND OUTFIT DESIGN
